1. Acceptance of Marketing Release
By using the services and products offered by Branches Inc. (“the Company”), you hereby grant the Company the right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from any photographs, videos, testimonials, images, or other media (“Materials”) that you provide, or that are captured or created during any engagement with the Company.

2. Purpose and Scope
You acknowledge and agree that the Company may use these Materials for marketing, promotional, advertising, or other commercial purposes, including but not limited to, use on the Company’s website, social media channels, print materials, and other marketing mediums. This release extends to any and all media and formats, whether now known or later developed.

3. No Compensation
You understand that the use of the Materials in marketing efforts by the Company will not result in any compensation or payment to you. Your participation and provision of Materials are entirely voluntary.

4. Waiver and Release
You hereby release and discharge Branches Inc. from any and all claims, actions, demands, rights, causes of action, and liabilities, either in law or in equity, based on any use or exploitation of the Materials, including any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, or any similar cause of action.

5. Representation and Warranty
You represent and warrant that:
a. You have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and grant the rights herein without violating the legal or equitable rights of any third party.
b. The Materials, when used as contemplated by this Marketing Release, will not infringe on the rights of any third party.

6. Amendments
Branches Inc. reserves the right to amend or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to periodically review these terms for any changes. Your continued engagement with the Company indicates your acceptance of any revised terms.

7. Governing Law
This Marketing Release is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Branches Inc. is incorporated.

Your engagement with Branches Inc., and the provision of any Materials to us, signifies your acceptance of this Marketing Release Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any term herein, please refrain from providing any Materials and communicate your preferences to the Company.
